We recognise that in some instances of unit breakdown, the solution could be very simple and may be possible to rectify yourself without the need for a chargeable visit. Therefore, alongside our support/technical phone line we have created a help page, for you to access – with easy to follow steps/videos that you can run through without the need for our presence.
The company is F-Gas Registered and is a recognised associate of the Heat Pump Federation [HPF] and Federation of Small Businesses [FSB]. We are an approved installer/service provider for some of the most recognisable manufacturers and each of our engineers hold accreditations that give them a trusted skill set in diagnosis and repair.

Just like your car or a gas boiler, heat pumps also require regular servicing to maintain full economic functionality. A neglected heat pump can consume 10-25% more energy and is more likely to break down leading to more costly repairs.
We offer a simple yet comprehensive service program to carry out an annual maintenance inspection and service whereby we will replace filters, optimise the system to suit individual requirements and carry out a full safety check as a priority. We are keen to ensure our clients experience a simple process with little inconvenience whilst instilling confidence that should an issue arise, back up is always available.
